If so, Batteries Plus Bulbs has a new and exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled Device Repair Technician who can repair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures, and other devices as needed. Additionally, you'll play a key role in establishing the device repair function within our store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Repair cell phones, tablets, and other devices as needed
2. Handle the receiving, packing, and shipping of devices
3. Maintain accurate inventory records
4. Provide remote support via live camera (e.g., Skype) for in-store repairs
5. Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3-6+ months of device repair experience
2. Alternatively, an associate degree in electronics or a related technical field
3. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
4. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and train others
6. Must be comfortable using hands to handle electronic products and regularly operate computers and office equipment
7. Ability to lift 10-20 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, and more than 50 pounds infrequently.
