Proclinical is recruiting a Deviation Investigator to support production and quality assurance activities at a contract site in Clayton, NC. The role focuses on deviation investigations, quick containment actions, and root cause analyses to safeguard product quality and patient safety.

The successful candidate should have an associate degree (or equivalent experience) and may have pharma manufacturing or QA exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required if experience supports the role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments or QA is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and related systems is desirable.
• Strong written communication and systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an open office environment with potential distractions.

Responsabilités

• Investigate deviations and perform root cause analyses to address issues effectively.
• Implement quick containment actions to mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for routine to moderately complex issues.
• Conduct process confirmations and review batch production records (BPRs) as needed.
• Follow all safety and environmental protocols.
