heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients with autism in achieving personal goals. This part-time role offers same-day pay and opportunities for professional advancement within the thriving ABA field.

Responsibilities include delivering one‑on‑one ABA services, recording data, and collaborating with the clinical team to implement care plans. Training is provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• No experience? No problem — paid training is provided!
