Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Developmental Specialist to help individuals achieve personal goals and dreams through person-centered supports.
You will assess needs, support community engagement, and assist with daily living activities while promoting self-determination and safety. A High School Diploma is required, and a valid driver’s license may be needed.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Schedule: Week One - Monday - Friday (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) Off Saturday & Sunday Week Two - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) Pay Range Minimum: $18.00
Education We’re Looking for: High School Diploma (Required)
Certifications We’re Looking For: Drivers License (Valid) - USA
Experience We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder | Not Required
Job Description Summary: The Developmental Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting people to achieve their personal dreams and goals.
*The definition of an Innovations direct care worker includes all workers required for compliance with, or delivery of, the relevant Innovations waiver service definitions and the delivery of a unit of Innovations services to individuals in the definition of direct care worker to be applied and shall include only caregivers who are contracted for the Page 230 Session Law 2023-134 House Bill 259 provision of services in a legally appropriate manner.
