Job summary

MindWise Psychological Services is seeking a full‑time Psychological Associate to join our clinical psychology team in San Diego. You will conduct in‑person evaluations for developmental disabilities, provide diagnoses, and write clinical reports under supervision.

We offer rigorous training, a base salary of $60,000–$72,000, bonuses for productivity, bilingual evaluations, flexible scheduling, the option to work from home, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, and generous paid time

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program.
• Registered with the California Board of Psychology.
• Excellent report writing with attention to detail.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular training activities and meetings with primary supervisor.
• In-person evaluations of neurodevelopmental disorders using current cognitive/IQ tests and autism/adaptive measures.
• Consultation with caretakers, teachers, and outside providers; school observations possible.
• Provide accurate clinical diagnoses and write/submit reports in a timely manner.
• Provide sensitive feedback to parents regarding diagnoses.
• Attend internal meetings and trainings (in-person/online).
• Ensure strict confidentiality of client records and communications.
