Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Developmental Pediatrician to join our team in either a contractor, part-time or full-time capacity to help us provide diagnostic services for autism, evaluating children ages 18 months to 4.5 years. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children with autism
• Develop treatment plans for children with autism
• Work collaboratively with our team of psychologists, behavioral therapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families of children with autism
• Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in developmental pediatrics

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Residency training in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
• Board certification or eligibility in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
