Job summary

The candidate will help improve methods, serve as a department resource, and assist with lab administration and customer relations. A related bachelor’s or master’s degree plus experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of statistical process control principles.
• 1 year of work experience in a related job discipline OR Master’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform experiments and record data following established protocols; analyze data and present results.
• Research and improve current methods by reproducing and evaluating techniques; adopt new methods.
• Serve as a resource by communicating knowledge and supporting team members and training others.
• Lab administration including troubleshooting equipment, maintaining supplies, cell cultures, and safety checks.
• Customer service: maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, respond to requests, and communicate needs.
