The Developmental Football Coach program at The University of Mississippi provides hands-on experience in a Division I football environment. Participants will support the Ole Miss Football coaching staff in all phases of the program, including game planning, practice preparation, data analysis, and recruiting, while engaging in a structured professional development curriculum.Job Responsibilities:Breakdown: Aid in the preparation of video cut-ups, scouting reports, and drawings and playbooks for coaches.Opponent Advance: Aid in upcoming opponents' film to identify tendencies, formations, and weaknesses.Self-Scouting: Periodic breakdown of own film to identify potential advantages, weaknesses, and performance trends.Data Analysis: Create reports, graphs and charts and statistical profiles to inform strategy.Practice/Game Support: Assist with practice planning and in-game logistics, including charting, organization, game strategy, and verbal communication with coaching staff.Recruiting: Assist with talent evaluation and recruiting research.Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role.
