Intralox, L.L.C., located in Hanover, MD, is seeking a Test Engineer to join our Development team. The Hanover site serves as a hub for innovation in conveyance equipment and supports product releases for customers around the world. The Development team is responsible for advancing new solutions through every stage of the product lifecycle, from early concept through full commercial release. Within this environment, the Test Engineer plays a critical role not only in validating functional performance and robustness, but also in shaping and improving equipment performance throughout development. Success in this role requires a strong foundational understanding of equipment functions to identify opportunities, develop improvement concepts, and influence solutions from both mechanical and controls perspectives. Working in close partnership with mechanical and controls engineers, the Test Engineer helps translate these opportunities into meaningful design and performance advancements. The Test Engineer is expected to provide ownership of the overall vision, strategy, and outcome of performance improvement efforts. In addition, the Test Engineer is responsible for developing efficient, comprehensive test plans and delivering clear, well‑documented results that enable the broader engineering team to release equipment capable of long‑term success in customer operations. This position will focus on the Activated Roller Belt (ARB) Equipment space.
