QTS Data Centers seeks an experienced Development Project Manager – Electrical SME to provide technical guidance on electrical design for data center projects. The role requires collaboration with Facilities, Contractors, Designers and Engineers, and frequent cross-team communication.
The candidate will lead short-circuit and coordination studies, oversee design compliance with NEC and standards, and travel up to 25% to project sites as needed.

The Development Project Manager – Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) is primarily responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on a given project(s) in their related field. The Project Manager will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:
$123,337.50 - 188,615.93
