Job summary

PIE Foundation is seeking a Development Operations Associate to build and operate a professional partnerships and fundraising program from the ground up. You will manage donor data, proposals, reports, and the full lifecycle of fundraising activities as the team expands.

Reporting to the Senior Funder Coordination Advisor, you will implement internal tools and processes, and collaborate with the Partnerships, Communications, Finance and Programme teams to support sustainable funding and donor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fundraising, development, philanthropy, or related fields.
• High level of comfort with CRM/donor databases and project management tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing internal projects and processes.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on donor data tracking in SharePoint and Monday.com.
• Coordinate grant proposals and reports, ensuring timely, high-quality materials.
• Drive funder agreement review, execution, and donor acknowledgments.
