Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Development Operations Analyst to design, implement, build, deploy, and manage configuration for Epicor products and infrastructure. The role emphasizes problem-solving, detail orientation, and collaboration across teams to improve deployment and automation.

Responsibilities include deploying across environments, monitoring metrics, maintaining configuration standards, and supporting production escalations while documenting processes and adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ relevant experience in DevOps or IT operations.
• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
• Strong debugging skills and basic scripting abilities.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and detail orientation.

Job description

Start your journey as a Development Operations Analyst! You will help design, implement, build, deploy, and manage configuration for Epicor products and infrastructure. We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

What you will be doing:

• Design, automate, and test application and infrastructure code deployments across all environments.
• Monitor metrics and consult with peers for feedback during testing stages.
• Build, maintain, and monitor application and infrastructure configuration standards.
• Manage day-to-day administration of projects and CI/CD tools with the team.
• Document and design various processes, updating existing ones as needed.
• Improve infrastructure and application development.
• Follow all best practices and procedures established by the company.
• Aid support team managing production escalations.

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years’ applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
• Strong debugging skills and basic scripting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Range:

Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
