Job summary

• Builder's posture: you are constructing the program and own outcomes.
• Proven track record in major gifts, grants, or donor relations.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and donor data management.
• Comfort with data: pull, read, and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of major donor and prospect relationships with clear stages and next actions.
• Identify and qualify new major-gift prospects through research, referrals, and guest relationships.
• Move donor relationships through cultivation stages from first contact to a well-timed ask and ongoing stewardship.
• Track donor records in HubSpot with complete properties and stages.
• Cultivate and solicit major gifts and manage grant relationships with foundations and institutional partners.
• Grow Inspire's annual fund and introduce planned giving conversations.
• Plan and host donor cultivation and stewardship events.
• Deliver monthly development reports and 90-day forecasts for leadership.
