Based in Port Angeles, Washington, the Development Manager is a permanent full-time position responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing the Land Trust's fundraising efforts, with a primary focus on individual giving. This position builds a culture of philanthropy by meeting fundraising goals, cultivating new and existing supporters, and maintaining strong annual and evergreen donor relationships.
The Development Manager reports to the Executive Director. The position requires a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual who can contribute effectively in a dynamic work environment.
The Development Manager works primarily in a professional office setting, with occasional travel to off-site meetings and job-related activities. Duties are often sedentary and require the ability to use a keyboard, complete written documents, operate general office equipment, and lift 15-20 lbs.
$31.25-33.50/hour with benefits including healthcare, retirement and paid time-off.
