Job summary

Tract Employment seeks a Development Manager in Denver, CO to lead large-scale land development for data center parks, including civil engineering and site planning tasks. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate development, architecture, or planning is required, with 4+ years of relevant experience; PE licensure is highly preferred.

The role offers a competitive compensation package: $150,000–$160,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus, plus 100% employer-covered medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in large-scale land development, civil engineering, site planning, or construction.
• Data center, utility, or telecom engineering experience is highly preferred.

• Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to advance projects.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory, budget, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• In addition to other duties assigned by supervisors, the Development Manager will have the following key primary functional responsibilities:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Engineering, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Planning, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in large-scale land development, civil engineering, site planning, and/or construction. Current or past Professional Engineer licensure greatly preferred. Data center, utility, or telecom engineering experience greatly preferred.
• Annual Compensation Range: $150,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus
• Location: Denver, CO
• Travel: Position may require significant travel
