We're looking for a Development Manager to help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily and mixed‑use development projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a real estate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing complex projects to life.
As a Development Manager, you will play a key role in managing all phases of the development process, including site evaluation, financial analysis, entitlement, design coordination, consultant management, and project execution. You'll work closely with internal partners and external stakeholders to move projects forward while balancing risk, schedule, budget, and long‑term value creation.
