Prime Technology in New York is seeking a technically expert Development Lead to own and evolve our Swaps & Synthetic Prime Brokerage platforms, covering trade capture, resets, financing, collateral, dividends, and client reporting. You will mentor engineers and work directly with trading desks and operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring highly available, secure systems and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience in capital markets.
• Recognized SME in Swaps and Synthetic Prime Brokerage technology and domain.
• Strong leadership experience directing engineering teams and mentoring talent.
• Hands-on with complex technical challenges and industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery and operation of SPB applications from requirements through production support.
• Serve as the technical and domain SME for trade capture, resets, financing, collateral, dividends and client reporting.
• Design and oversee integration with vendor platforms and data/trade feeds, handling handshakes and exceptions.
• Lead, mentor and grow multiple engineering teams, setting expectations and driving technical excellence.
• Engage with trading, middle-office and risk stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
