Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in major gift portfolio management, moves management, and closing high-level gifts.
• Experience managing annual giving programs, phonathons, direct mail, and campus-wide Giving Day events.
• Experience working with boards, volunteers, and managing higher education events.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and grow the Annual Fund with focus on donor acquisition, retention, and upgrading.
• Strategize communications and implement College Giving Day online and on campus.
• Manage direct mail marketing, e-philanthropy, digital media, and website giving using Raiser’s Edge.
• Prepare reports and YoY analyses on unrestricted giving for Board and stakeholders.
• Lead Alumni Board activities, engage classes, and coordinate regional alumni events and newsletters.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a Major Gift portfolio; move leadership donors into major gifts.
• Supervise development staff, recruit/train, coach, and ensure a collaborative team environment.
