Job summary

Chinatown Community Development Center (Chinatown CDC) seeks an experienced fundraising professional to serve as our first Development and Events Manager. This is a pivotal role as we celebrate 50 years of community-driven housing and services in San Francisco.

You will lead annual giving, manage events including our anniversary campaign, build corporate partnerships, and cultivate donors using Salesforce. The role is full-time, hybrid, in Chinatown and offers a salary of $100,000–$105,000 with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of fundraising or development experience in nonprofit settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement annual donor appeals and communications.
• Manage an annual gala and corporate sponsorships.
• Cultivate donor relationships and provide timely stewardship and recognition.
• Produce fundraising analytics and performance reports for leadership.
