Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts (ASCPA) is seeking a Development and Donor Relations Associate to expand philanthropic support and manage mid-level gifts in a hybrid work environment.
The role focuses on donor cultivation, writing communications, events, and coordinating with the Strategy Team to upgrade donor relationships for ASCPA and the Great American Songbook Foundation (GASF).
The Development and Donor Relations Associate serves as a key development team member and an active participant in expanding the base of philanthropic support for Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts (ASCPA) and Great American Songbook Foundation (GASF). This position is responsible for developing and executing multiple fundraising campaign, cultivation, and stewardship events.
The successful candidate will help forge new relationships locally and nationwide to build and expand the individual donor bases for both organizations. The primary function of the Development and Donor Relations Associate is as an individual giving solicitor of broad-based and mid-level giving.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a full range of benefits including 401(k) and Paid Time Off. Typical days and hours at ASCPA are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Opportunity for a hybrid work schedule as approved by your supervisor and in accordance with company policy. Schedule flexibility is required as evening and weekend hours are expected on a regular basis.
Occasional local travel to meet donors and prospects is required as well as potential travel for professional development opportunities.
