Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in development-related work with donor campaigns.
• Experience managing staff and directing team strategy.
• Proven ability to secure strategic partnerships and funding.
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with donor relationships, stewardship, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and processes for identifying and engaging donors.
• Oversee donor relationships and stewardship touchpoints.
• Lead donor events combining education and fundraising.
• Manage fundraising campaigns, appeals, and reporting.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on donor visits.
• Review and finalize grants and proposals.
• Manage development infrastructure including CRM and roles.
• Track results of appeals and campaigns and adjust strategies.
