Unifiedtherapy is seeking a Director of Development to lead philanthropy efforts, shape fund development strategies, and foster community engagement in Dubuque, Iowa. This role entails overseeing a High-Performing Development team, enhancing donor relationships, and representing the Foundation's mission. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record in fundraising, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in relationship building, fundraising, fund development, and/or sales experience.
• Supervisory and management experience, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• A high level of flexibility and the ability to thrive in a small-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic direction for the Development Department and lead the team.
• Cultivate donor relationships and advance the Foundation's philanthropic strategy.
• Design and lead a donor-centered stewardship strategy.
• Represent the Foundation at community events.
