The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record in fundraising, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
Demonstrated success in relationship building, fundraising, fund development, and/or sales experience.
Supervisory and management experience, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
A high level of flexibility and the ability to thrive in a small-office environment.
Responsibilities
Provide overall strategic direction for the Development Department and lead the team.
Cultivate donor relationships and advance the Foundation's philanthropic strategy.
Design and lead a donor-centered stewardship strategy.
Represent the Foundation at community events.
