Job summary

Islamic Relief USA seeks a Development Coordinator to support the Massachusetts region as part of its national Fund Development team. This full-time remote role focuses on donor prospecting, relationship building, and face-to-face fundraising in a sales-like model.

You will cultivate donors, approach companies for matching gift programs, plan fundraising activities, recruit volunteers, and deliver presentations to diverse audiences to grow contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• US work authorization is required.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively with grassroots organizations and volunteers.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities are necessary.
• Own transportation required for 75%+ domestic travel within and beyond Massachusetts.
