Job summary

St. Paul Elder Services in Green Bay & Kaukauna, WI is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations across campuses. You will process donations, maintain donor data, generate acknowledgments and reports, and assist with campaigns, events, and donor meetings.

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and proficient with donor databases, CRM systems, and data analysis. This is a mission‑driven role within a Catholic community partner network with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support, data entry, fundraising, or development operations experience.
  • Experience with donor databases or CRM systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology and AI tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze donor data, track fundraising performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Process donations from mail, online giving, events, and other sources accurately and timely.
  • Enter and maintain donor information in the database.
  • Generate donor acknowledgements, tax receipts, and related correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate donor contact information, gift history, preferences, and records.
  • Perform regular database audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with reconciling donation records with Finance and accounting reports.
  • Respond to questions from donors, staff, and stakeholders about donations and development processes.
  • Prepare donor lists, mailing lists, campaign reports, and fundraising performance summaries.
  • Assist with database management, including imports, exports, segmentation, and fund/coding maintenance.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, appeals, events, donor meetings, and community outreach programs.
  • Assist with planning and executing fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
  • Research, prepare, submit, track, and report on grants.
  • Assist with donor correspondence, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Work with leadership to support donor cultivation and stewardship strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve donation processing, database efficiency, and development operations.
  • Assist with tracking fundraising activities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of donor and organizational information.
  • Participate in department meetings, training, and other organizational activities.
  • Follow organizational policies, safety procedures, infection control practices, and Corporate Integrity Program.
  • Support the mission, core values, and sponsor Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Development Coordinator – St. Paul Elder Services

Location: Green Bay & Kaukauna, WI
Position: Development Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Resource Development & Engagement

Position Summary

St. Paul Elder Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support fundraising and development operations across our Green Bay and Kaukauna campuses.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely donation processing, donor database management, gift acknowledgements, reporting, fundraising campaigns, events, and donor stewardship. The Development Coordinator will help maintain the integrity of donor information while providing administrative and operational support to the Development team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with data, technology, donors, staff, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming donations from mail, online giving, events, and other sources accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enter and maintain donation and donor information in the organization's database.

Physical Requirements

  • Position requires regular walking and occasional use of stairs.
