Responsibilities

Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
