The American Heart Association is seeking a School Engagement Associate to support the Development team in coordinating school communications, data entry, and event materials. This hybrid role supports multiple schools across the Western States region, with modest travel required.
You will manage email campaigns, CRM data in Salesforce and Blackbaud, and provide friendly customer service by phone and email, helping classrooms deliver heart health initiatives.

The School Engagement Associate will support the Development team and participating schools throughout the assigned region with administrative support such as helping with email campaigns; scheduling and clerical coordination including scheduling recruitment and planning meetings with schools; data entry, donation processing and customer service.
Local travel may be required for on-site school support. Residence in the Western States region (Alaska,Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington) is preferred for this hybrid position.
This temporary position is from October 2026 up through May 2027.

Expected pay range will be $23.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
