• Steward relationships with prospective major donors and key stakeholders

• Participate in managing and updating the database

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in development or fundraising
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining donor relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with TEC and an ability to share the joy and effectiveness of TEC
• Familiarity and alignment with the mission and work of the TEC Conference and an ability to invite others into involvement
