Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Development Associate will be responsible for activating participants, ambassadors, and future donors. This includes creating and expanding volunteer opportunities across the agency to cultivate new donors, developing strategies to solicit, steward, and deepen a portfolio of gifts up to $2,500, including pipeline development. The Development Associate will lead the staff giving campaign and cultivate a culture of philanthropy within the organization.
