About the Role

We are building a structured and scalable architecture to support internally developed AI applications.

We are hiring a hands‑on Development Architect to define technical standards, ensure security and scalability, and transform AI-generated prototypes into enterprise‑ready systems. You will work closely with attorneys, business stakeholders, and technical teams to bring governance, consistency, and long‑term scalability to a growing AI‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Define and enforce architecture standards, coding practices, and development frameworks
• Design scalable and secure systems for AI‑driven and internally built applications
• Lead integration strategy across APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems
• Review, validate, and approve applications before production deployment
• Work directly with attorneys and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Evaluate third‑party tools, frameworks, and AI technologies
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across all development efforts

Technical Leadership

• Conduct code reviews and technical validation of AI-generated and custom‑built applications
• Guide developers and stakeholders on architecture decisions and best practices
• Reduce technical debt and improve system consistency
• Define reusable components and scalable architectural patterns

Requirements

• 7+ years in software development, architecture, or technical leadership roles
• Strong experience with system design, integrations, and enterprise architecture

• Hands‑on coding, code review, and solution design experience
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
• Exposure to AI-assisted development, prompt-driven workflows, or AI-generated code
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders
