A faith-based leadership organization is seeking an individual to work with the Arrow Peru leadership program, focusing on developing Christ-centered leaders across Peru. Responsibilities include organizing and leading training sessions both in person and online, as well as translating and adapting materials. Candidates must be proficient in Spanish and possess at least two years of experience in mentorship and leadership development. Passion for teaching and nurturing others is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish, with a progression to native level.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Christian leadership development and mentorship.

Position Overview

Location: Peru – can be based in a city with existing Latin Link members.

Work with the Arrow Peru leadership programme to help develop Jesus‑centered leaders across Peru and beyond. Leaders who are led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, to lead more to Jesus.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead training in person and online for groups of 15–20.
• Translate and adapt training materials.

Requirements

• Languages: Spanish – progression to native.
• Minimum duration: 2 years.
• In love with Jesus, teachable, patient, curious, passionate to see others grow in leadership, adaptable, experience as a mentor, organized, strategic, experience in Christian leadership development.
