This is an entry level position within the global Support Team with huge potential for growth into Developer Support Engineer, or other roles across Okta.The Developer Support Associate (DSA) is the primary point of contact for all support related issues for Okta’s Customer Identity Cloud customers. This DSA acts as the voice of the customer to ensure technical support and best practice guidance are provided within published Service Level Agreement (SLA).
