Ladders seeks a Developer Relations Manager – Robotics to bridge technology and partners in the telecom/hardware space. This role focuses on translating advanced robotics tech into practical integration, collaborating with partner engineering teams and internal stakeholders to remove barriers and accelerate ecosystem growth.

You will work on robotics SDKs, simulation, and robot learning, and communicate effectively with technical teams and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology industry, including 5 years in software development or engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Technical expertise in robot foundation models, simulation, synthetic data, or reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency with robotics simulation tools such as Gazebo, MuJoCo, or similar platforms.
• Experience with compute platforms and SDKs.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor, collaborating with partner engineering teams on architecture and integration.
• Build and maintain expertise in robotics SDKs, with a focus on simulation and robot learning.
• Track emerging trends in the robotics ecosystem to identify new opportunities.
• Co-design and deliver advanced robotic solutions with partners, defining objectives and implementation plans.
• Create technical enablement resources, including sample code and integration guides.
• Work closely with partner engineering leaders to identify challenges and drive adoption of the company's technology.
• Represent partner needs internally, providing feedback to influence future product roadmaps.

For our client, we are seeking a Developer Relations Manager Robotics to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.
This role will serve as a technical bridge between the company and external robotics partners, helping translate advanced technology into practical integration and adoption. You will collaborate closely with partner engineering teams and internal stakeholders to shape solutions, remove technical barriers, and accelerate ecosystem growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong robotics software background, deep familiarity with simulation and robot learning, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive audiences.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $152,000 – $287,500 annually
