Job summary

Dreambase is looking for a DevRel engineer to bridge Dreambase with the Supabase developer community. You will craft technical content, host demos, and educate developers about Dreambase’s value, acting as the public face of the product across social channels and events.

As the first DevRel hire, you’ll own community leadership, build demo applications, and shape how Dreambase engages with the broader developer ecosystem, including Supabase projects and related tools.

Qualifications

• Technical Credibility — you can build real applications on Supabase and write about them accurately.
• Community Instinct — you know how developer communities work and what feels authentic.
• Content Range — comfortable writing long-form posts, recording demos, and engaging online.
• Bias for Shipping — you produce content consistently; tutorials published are valued over drafts.

Responsibilities

• Build in Public — Create technical content teaching the Supabase community to derive real value from Dreambase.
• Own the Community — Engage in Supabase Discord, GitHub, Reddit, X, and Hacker News authentically.
• Represent Dreambase — Speak at events and be the face developers associate with Dreambase.
• Build Demo Products — Create real demos on Supabase that showcase Dreambase capabilities.
• Close the Feedback Loop — Surface user needs back to the product team.
• Partner with the Ecosystem — Build relationships with Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, PostHog, and others.
• Create the Playbook — Define how Dreambase shows up in the developer community as our first DevRel hire.
