Job summary

Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market team seeks a Developer Relations Engineer who blends hands-on coding with community engagement. You’ll advocate for developers, gather feedback, and help shape API and tool design.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-velocity environment, write sample code and client libraries, support developers online and at conferences, and collaborate with product engineering to drive adoption of Vertex AI and Firebase in enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in a technical role.
• Experience with software development workflows, IDEs and developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for developers inside Google Cloud and influence the product roadmap by gathering feedback on AI Dev Tools.
• Support AI tools online and at conferences, briefings, and meetups.
• Understand and advocate for the needs of enterprise developers using AI Tools; demonstrate Firebase in an enterprise context.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Act as an advocate for the developer and enterprise architect within Google Cloud, gathering feedback on first‑party AI Dev Tools to influence the product roadmap.
• Support our AI tools through authentic, technically deep engagement online and at global conferences, enterprise executive briefings, and developer meetups.
• Understand and advocate for the critical needs of enterprise developers using AI Tools. Showcase how Firebase can be utilized in an enterprise environment.
