Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team in Boise. You will support development, design, programming and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications.

You will engage with business users, Analysts, and cross-functional teams to document needs, ensure compliance, and drive automation via Microsoft SaaS platforms, Power Platform, and ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of networks, Windows OS, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile methodology.
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws (SSA16, HIPAA, URAC).

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.

• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs.

• Provide backup administration support to ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams/SharePoint/CoPilot) and Power Platform (RPA)
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS, Oracle Fusion/ORMB/OIC ERP, Dynamics 365 CRM, and data movement tools.

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team!

The Developer I, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people's lives. This role is responsible for development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems as well as other vendor purchased applications used at Navitus. This role will also drive citizen development where applicable within the applications framework. This role will work with IT Analysts and directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes

• Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes

• Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
• Development within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred
• Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
• Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
• Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
• Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
