Job summary

Tonic.ai seeks a Developer Community Manager to be the voice of our AI-native platform in developer spaces. You will own social channels, video production, influencer programs, and event presence, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that blends content, media, and community engagement for a technical audience. You’ll craft posts, appear on camera, produce demos, and build relationships with developers and creators.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in social media, community, content, developer relations, or related marketing role.
• AI-native: use AI tools daily to move faster and unblock yourself.
• Creative and outgoing with ideas and comfort on camera.
• Strong writing capable of punchy social posts and clear scripts.
• Hands-on with video production from idea to published edit.
• Developer experience is a plus but not required; curiosity about a technical audience matters.

Responsibilities

• Be a credible, enthusiastic advocate for our products in developer communities.
• Gather community questions and feedback for product and marketing.
• Explain complex product concepts in developer-friendly language.
• Own influencer program from ground up; build and manage developer relationships.
• Drive influencer engagement and product usage; track program impact.
• Own social presence end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit and more.
• Draft, write, and publish posts; produce original social content and videos.
• Record on-camera demos and scripts; edit into publish-ready assets.
• Represent Tonic at events and sponsored hackathons; turn moments into content.
