Job summary

Backblaze is seeking a Developer Advocate to join our team and enhance developer relations. The role involves creating technical content, engaging with developer communities, and representing Backblaze at events. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and AI/ML workflows, as well as excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with various teams to remove technical blockers and improve developer documentation, making a meaningful impact in our user community.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a software developer or engineer.
• Direct experience building or integrating AI/ML workflows.
• Strong written communication for technical tutorials and internal summaries.

Responsibilities

• Create technical content that teaches developers how to build with Backblaze B2.
• Represent Backblaze at developer events and build relationships in relevant communities.
• Work closely with product teams to identify and address technical blockers.

Skills

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure
