Job summary

Notion seeks a Developer Advocate to empower and grow its global developer community. You will become the voice of Notion's developer ecosystem, deliver demos, guides, and API references, and publish content to help builders leverage our platform.

You will lead Notion’s presence at hackathons and conferences, drive activation, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Development on API improvements. A strong communicator with a passion for AI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background with developer empathy.
• Exceptional ability to communicate with developers and large audiences.
• Proven track record building programs from concept to launch.
• Creative mindset with interest in business opportunities opened by the Developer Platform.
• Experience rallying internal stakeholders and managing projects to deadlines.
• Willing to adopt AI tools to accelerate work and impact.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Notion’s developer community, connecting developers with Product and Engineering to prioritize impactful work.
• Create, publish, and maintain engaging content: demos, guides, API references, blog posts; amplify content via NotionDevs channels.
• Own Notion’s presence at hackathons, conferences, and events to drive community activation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Development to guide API improvements.
• Own strategy and execution for developer channels (Notion Devs Slack, X, and docs) and keep the community informed of roadmap and releases.
• Partner with marketing and sales to demonstrate how developer features deliver value to customers.
