Job summary

Wafer in San Francisco seeks a Developer Advocate to bridge engineering and marketing, delivering real code samples and credible benchmarks for developers. You will write posts, create tutorials, and showcase what fast inference makes possible across real-world scenarios.

You will own developer docs and onboarding, build demos and integrations, and engage with AI communities to drive adoption and trust in Wafer's platform.

Qualifications

• Experience writing developer-focused content
• Ability to produce production-quality code samples
• Knowledge of AI/inference domains and developer tooling

Responsibilities

• Ship launch content for new models: posts, benchmarks, code samples and demos.
• Build examples, integrations and tutorials for fast inference use cases.
• Turn performance work into credible benchmarks with clear methodology.
• Own docs and developer onboarding, improve onboarding edges.
• Engage with developer communities: X, Hacker News, Discord, Reddit, meetups.
• Gather developer feedback and relay to product and engineering.
