Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Minimum 6+ years of Appian BPM experience

Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.

Experience of working on Agile projects.

Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.

Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.

Knowledge of Tempo Interface.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications
Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required
Work with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse
Build critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components
Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other interfaces/products
Problem solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements
Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models
Proven track of working closely with key business users
Experience of scenario-based requirements gathering
Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment
Experience and understanding of business process flows
Expert in analysing and documenting business processes
Expert in writing business requirements
Expert in writing functional requirements
Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models
Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders
Translates ideas into concrete work activities
Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
Hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified
Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers
Should have done multiple integrations with external systems
Ability to scope Appian Projects
Generic Managerial Skills
Must have Appian L2 Certifications
Should have handled teams & should be able to mentor the team
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSS/WebSphere/WebLogic etc.
