Job summary

Via 313 is hiring a Trailer Back of House Team Member in Austin, TX to help bring our Detroit-style pizza to outdoor venues. This hands-on role includes both behind-the-scenes food prep and front-of-house guest service.

Requirements include 21+, weekend availability, a valid Food Handler Certificate, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Restaurant experience helps, and we offer training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Via 313 standards.
• Build and serve our Detroit-style pizzas.
• Provide friendly counter service and assist guests with ordering.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Stock, prep, and support daily trailer operations.
• Jump in wherever the team needs support.
• Deliver a great guest experience from first order to final slice.
