Job summary

Via 313 Lehi - Utah is seeking an energetic server to deliver exceptional customer experiences with our Detroit-style pizza. You will take orders, upsell items, and ensure tables are clean and comfortable throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.
• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Valid Alcohol Serving Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
• Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
• Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance with cleanliness standards
• Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
• Deliver checks and accept payment
• Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
• Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
• Work with other staff as a team
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
