Job summary

The Danvers Treatment Center, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an RN for overnight shifts to support detox patients. The role includes 24-hour nursing coverage, administering medications, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe withdrawal management. A compassionate approach and strong documentation are essential.

Sign-on bonus available, with base pay in a range reflecting experience and qualifications. Vaccination per policy is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in addiction treatment settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with a treatment team and document patient care.

Responsibilities

• Record observed symptoms and responses to treatments and changes in patient safety.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain patients' medical records.
• Respond to patient care needs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with admitting, discharge and transfer processes.
• Participate in care planning and treatment team meetings.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
