Job summary

U.S.-Immigration-and-Customs-Enforcement is responsible for infection control, occupational health, environmental health and safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance programs in detention health settings.

They support accreditation readiness, conduct staff training, fit testing and BLS certification, track safety assessments, PPE, biohazards, drills, and reporting to ensure safe, quality care in detention health settings. This position is open to USPHS officers and CAD candidates only.

Qualifications

• Experience in infection control and safety program management.
• Familiarity with accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to conduct staff training and certifications (fit testing, BLS).

Responsibilities

• Manage infection control, occupational health, environmental health and safety programs in detention health settings.
