Job summary

Nucor Corporation in Mooresville, IN seeks a detail-oriented rebar detailing professional to create shop drawings and manage projects for rebar and concrete reinforcing products. You will work under supervision to deliver accurate fabrication, delivery, and invoicing details.

You will liaise with contractors, engineers and detailers, pre-plan projects for critical path and schedules, review changes, and support cost-efficient resolutions.

Qualifications

• Vocational CAD certificate or similar credential is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of rebar/concrete reinforcing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create shop drawings and manage projects specific to detailing.
• Review drawings, dates, specifications and addenda for accuracy.
• Liaise between contractor, engineer, placer and detailer; pre-plan projects for critical path and schedule.
• Review changes and provide information for change orders; support safety policies.
