Job summary

Koa Pro Detail is seeking a dependable Automotive Detailer to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into full-time work. You will work at customer locations around Loudoun and Fairfax Counties, Virginia, applying our detailing processes and building your automotive detailing skills.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to progress to $17.50–$25.00 per hour based on experience, performance, and responsibilities.

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
• Clean and maintain vehicles in a variety of conditions.

• Keep equipment, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain and properly use detailing equipment and supplies.

About the Job:

Koa Pro Detail is a growing mobile automotive detailing company serving customers throughout Loudoun and Fairfax Counties, Virginia. We are looking for a dependable Automotive Detailer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into full-time work.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working with vehicles. Previous professional detailing experience is preferred but not required.

You will work at customer locations and learn our detailing processes while developing your automotive detailing skills.

What You'll Do:

Schedule:

• Part‑time to start.
• Work is scheduled around customer appointments.
• The company operates 7 days a week, so weekend availability is a plus.
• Opportunity to increase hours and move into a full‑time position based on performance and business needs.

Compensation & Growth:

• Starting rate: $15.00 per hour.
• Opportunities to progress to $17.50–$25.00 per hour based on experience, skill, performance, and responsibilities.
• Opportunities to develop advanced detailing skills.
• Potential to take on crew lead and other increased responsibilities.
• Opportunities to develop skills in services such as paint correction and ceramic coatings.
