Job summary

Lou Fusz Automotive Network is seeking an Automotive Detailer / Car Washer / Lot Attendant to keep our vehicles and dealership looking pristine. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will wash and detail a variety of vehicles, maintain lot cleanliness, and assist with vehicle movement and display preparation. No prior detailing experience is required, and a drug screen/background check may be part of

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail vehicles (new, used, service, and customer).
• Thoroughly clean exteriors: wash, dry, wheels, tires, windows.
• Clean and vacuum interiors: carpets, seats, dashboards, panels, windows.
• Remove trash and debris from vehicles.
• Perform basic interior and exterior detailing services.
• Apply cleaning products to vehicle surfaces.
• Maintain clean vehicles for display and delivery.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery to meet standards.
• Assist with moving vehicles around dealership lot.
• Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.

About the Role

The Lou Fusz Automotive Network is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as an Automotive Detailer / Car Washer / Lot Attendant.

This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance of our vehicles and dealership while helping ensure our customers receive a clean, professional, and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Wash, clean, and detail new, used, service, and customer vehicles.
• Thoroughly clean vehicle exteriors, including washing, drying, wheels, tires, windows, and other exterior surfaces.
• Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, consoles, door panels, and windows.
• Remove trash, dirt, dust, and debris from vehicles.
• Perform basic interior and exterior detailing services.
• Apply appropriate cleaning and detailing products to vehicle surfaces.
• Maintain clean and presentable vehicles for display, delivery, service customers, and dealership use.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and ensure they meet dealership standards.
• Assist with moving vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas.
• Park vehicles in designated areas and maintain an organis

• Locate and stage vehicles for customers, Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service drive, and vehicle display areas.
• Assist with fueling vehicles and maintaining appropriate fuel levels as needed.
• Help maintain vehicle keys and ensure vehicles are parked in the proper locations.
• Assist with lot organization and inventory movements.
• Maintain and properly use detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Notify management of any vehicle damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues discovered during the detailing process.
• Follow all procedures for protecting customer vehicles and personal property.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers and fellow employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
