Overview

Piecework Detail Shop Position(s) Available.

Are you a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment?

Positions available:

• Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience
• Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years experience

Responsibilities include maintaining store facilities to ensure high-quality service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and performing vehicle detailing, cleaning, and driving tasks.

Teph Seal Auto Appearance, a privately-held company, operates detail/reconditioning centers at auto dealerships across the U.S. Our dedicated team is our greatest asset, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

The detailer will perform tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing vehicles, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery, using air compressors, and applying protective chemicals. Additional duties may include engine cleaning and repairs as assigned.

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding; involves bending, lifting, reaching, and vehicle movement.
• Work outdoors in varying climates.
• Use of OSHA-approved cleaning products.
• Frequent movement and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have good vision and hearing, and attention to detail.
• Work with urgency and adhere to uniform standards.

Compensation: Piecework
