Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser in Manteca, CA to stock shelves and manage product displays for Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos and more. You will drive to stores in your own vehicle, check in with the manager, stock shelves and rotate products to keep the display fresh and appealing.

Expect on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment with lifting and constant movement. The shift times vary with start times at 12pm, 2pm, or 4pm, and mileage is reimbursed while on the clock.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work.
• You have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You can lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you're on the clock).
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products.
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products.
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays.
