Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a part-time merchandiser to stock and organize displays for popular brands. Shifts run Friday through Sunday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with weekend hours and on-the-job training provided.

The role involves driving to stores in a personal vehicle, stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining clean displays. You must be 18+, have reliable transport, a valid license, and the ability to lift 15–40 lbs repeatedly.

Qualifications

• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement while on clock).
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling displays.
• Rotate products and remove defective/out-of-date items.
• Tidy shelves and displays, break down boxes, and dispose of waste.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays.

What You'll Do
